Service Advisor – Luxury Brand (North London)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join a prestigious luxury automotive dealer in North London. The role involves front‑line customer interaction, coordinating service work and driving revenue through upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in customers at the service reception.
• Book vehicles for service appointments and create job cards.
• Obtain authorisations and close job cards after work is completed.
• Liaise with the workshop to monitor progress and arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Prepare costing, invoice customers and conduct hand‑overs.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a main dealer environment.
• Strong customer service and administrative abilities.
• Proven track record of upselling and meeting targets.
• Familiarity with RTC, One Link and Kerridge software is a distinct advantage.
