About the role

Our client, a busy franchised dealer in Milton Keynes, is looking for a Service Advisor to join their aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive clear information and a high level of service throughout the repair process.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers, explain the work required on their vehicle and provide progress updates.
Coordinate with the workshop, parts department, valeting team and drivers to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare invoices, explain charges to customers and process payments.
Quote, introduce and sell service plans.
Maintain the highest standards of customer service at all times.

Required profile

Minimum 12 months experience as a Motor Trade Service Advisor.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience in a franchised dealership is desirable.
Familiarity with Kerridge or Pinnacle systems is a plus.

What we offer

Basic salary of £28,500 per year.
Great benefits package.
Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑18:00 working hours (no Saturdays).
On‑site parking.
