Service Advisor – Motorcycle Dealership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our busy motorcycle dealership in Abingdon. You will be the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, transparent service experience from booking to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, capture service and repair requirements, and schedule appointments.
• Provide clear, timely updates on repair progress and liaise with technicians.
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and process payments.
• Manage walk‑in enquiries, promote after‑sales opportunities, and support merchandise sales.
• Ensure parts availability, maintain stock levels, and pre‑pick parts for jobs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Confident, professional attitude with a genuine passion for motorcycles.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in automotive or motorcycle after‑sales.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work towards targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
