Service Advisor – Premium Automotive Dealership

About the role

Join a well‑established prestige automotive retailer on the outskirts of Southampton as a Service Advisor. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless, first‑class service experience from booking to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and serve as their main point of contact throughout the service and repair journey.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate closely with technicians to maximise efficiency.
• Prepare accurate estimates, obtain authorisation and keep customers informed throughout the day.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional repairs, service plans and value‑added after‑sales products.
• Complete job cards, invoices and all associated documentation in line with manufacturer and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and other team members.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and estimates.
• Proactive approach to identifying service opportunities.
