Service Advisor / Service Receptionist

About the role

Join a premium automotive dealership in Crewe as a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist. You will work Monday to Friday, enjoy genuine weekends off, and support a busy workshop with 16 technicians and three existing advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service.
• Handle enquiries and provide technical information on vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
• Promote and sell service plans and additional products.
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role, preferably at a main dealer.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Sales‑focused mindset with proven upselling capability.
• Experience with Kerridge and 1Link is advantageous.

• Basic salary of £30,000 per year.
