Service and Commissioning Engineer – Automated Machinery

About the role

Join a leading manufacturer of bespoke automated equipment as a Service and Commissioning Engineer. You will act as the technical expert for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of custom machinery, supporting clients both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote support during machinery installation phases.
• Install and commission a variety of purpose‑built automated assembly lines and robotic handling systems.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and servicing of existing equipment.
• Travel to client locations nationwide and internationally, splitting time between workshop and field work.

Required profile

• Experience as a Service Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, or both, within a manufacturing or machinery environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overseas assignments.
