Service Call Planner – Milton Keynes

About the role

We are seeking a Service Call Planner to join our Milton Keynes office, supporting the planning and coordination of service and installation jobs for commercial dishwasher and glass washer equipment across London and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate 15‑20 engineers to daily service or installation jobs, ensuring optimal routing and resource utilisation.
• Plan installation schedules so that job sheets are ready for start‑up and first‑time fix rates are maximised.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout each job, updating status until completion and paperwork is filed.
• Monitor engineer performance and support continuous improvement of service delivery.

Required profile

• Resides within commuting distance of Milton Keynes.
• Strong administrative and computer proficiency.
• Good knowledge of London geography is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a planning, scheduling or service controller role, preferably in HVAC or M&E sectors.
