About the role
We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Team Leader to manage the night‑shift operations at our Rainham Service Centre. The role follows a 4‑on, 4‑off pattern and is responsible for delivering a 7‑day turnaround while maintaining safety, quality and customer service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the night team to achieve operational and turnaround targets.
- Allocate resources, monitor quality, and minimise errors and customer complaints.
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure company vehicles and equipment are serviced.
- Support training, coaching and development of team members.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a team leadership role, preferably in service, manufacturing, logistics or production environments.
- Collaborative and affiliative approach with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices and ability to influence at all levels.
