Service Colleague – Express Store (Full‑time)

About the role
Join ASDA’s Express store team in Colchester as a Service Colleague. Working 36 hours per week on afternoon shifts, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering friendly, high‑quality service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers at check‑outs and on the shop floor.
- Prepare fresh food items such as pizzas.
- Pick orders for home delivery and restock shelves.
- Support multiple departments, adapting to daily needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic and ready to engage with customers.
- Willing to learn new tasks across different store areas.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and occasional late shifts.
- Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
