Service Colleague – Part‑time Retail Role

About the role

As a Service Colleague at Asda in Cheltenham you will be at the heart of the store’s customer experience, working night shifts to keep the shop running smoothly. This part‑time permanent role involves a mix of stock handling, order picking and assisting customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unpack deliveries, ensuring shelves are stocked accurately.
• Pick and pack online orders for collection or delivery.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment during night shifts.
• Assist customers with queries, product locations and checkout when needed.
• Support team members in other areas such as the bakery or pizza station as required.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to help shoppers.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work night shifts and weekends.
• Positive, energetic approach and good communication skills.
• Team player who can collaborate with colleagues across the store.
