Service Contract Manager

About the role

Wise May Ltd is seeking a Service Contract Manager to lead its busy Building Management and Controls team. You will be responsible for maintaining high‑quality service contracts, driving growth, and ensuring client satisfaction across a range of service, remedial and call‑out work.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to ensure contracts meet expectations and achieve renewals.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and attract new customers.
• Manage profit and loss targets by controlling budgets for wages, materials and equipment.
• Oversee the service department and coordinate with administration to deliver timely reports and quotations.
• Directly manage service engineers, conducting annual reviews and personal development plans.
• Plan resource calendars efficiently, seeking innovative solutions to staffing and operational costs.
• Ensure all call‑outs are responded to within SLA requirements and maintain clear client communication.
• Provide weekly department reports and attend monthly management meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Contract Manager within the BMS sector.
• Strong leadership skills, including conducting performance reviews and developing staff.
• Track record of growing revenue from existing and new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Highly organised with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
