About the role

This permanent position supports the Service Manager by coordinating a team of engineers and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Based in Southampton, the role is office‑based Monday to Friday and offers a clear pathway for career progression.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule engineers to meet client and project requirements.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to the Service Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and schedules.

Required profile

  • Experience as a Service or Schedule Coordinator.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to commute to Southampton (commutable from Portsmouth, Fareham, Romsey, Eastleigh, Totton, Gosport).
