Service Coordinator – Scheduling & Service Support

About the role
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join a family‑run engineering business in Great Gransden, supporting the Service department’s daily operations. You will act as a key liaison between Service Engineers on the road and our customers, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and communication is clear.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Service Engineers and customers.
- Update and liaise with customers regarding job status.
- Schedule engineers for service calls, matching the right skill set to each job.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with RAMs training.
- Work Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Required profile
- Experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
