Service Delivery Lead

About the role
We are seeking an inspiring Service Delivery Lead to join our team in Ingatestone. In this full‑time position you will shape person‑centred services that enable adults with disabilities to live independent, meaningful lives. The role combines leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement across our care services.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of service delivery, quality and continuous improvement.
- Develop and embed effective systems and processes to support high‑quality care.
- Motivate, support and develop staff to deliver flexible, personalised care.
- Collaborate with governing bodies, partners and external agencies.
- Contribute to service development, new business opportunities and regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience supporting adults with a range of disabilities and support needs.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive service quality.
- Alignment with Shaftesbury’s values of openness, enabling, inclusivity and courage.
