Service Delivery Leader

About the role

As a Service Delivery Leader at Shaftesbury North East, you will take a pivotal role in shaping high‑quality, person‑centred services for adults with disabilities. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that care is tailored, compassionate and consistently meets regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of service delivery, quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop and embed effective systems and processes.
• Support staff to deliver professional, flexible and personalised care.
• Work collaboratively with governing bodies and partner organisations.
• Contribute to service development and new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

Required profile

• Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards it.
• Experience supporting adults with a range of disabilities and support needs.
• Confidence leading teams and driving service quality.
• Share Shaftesbury’s values of openness, enabling, inclusivity and courage.
