Service Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our fast‑paced team at Evinox Residential. You will be responsible for driving projects from concept to completion, coordinating across Operations, Client Relations, Customer Services, Technical Support and Software Development to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects from initiation through to completion.
• Act as the central point of communication between Operations, Client Relations, Customer Services, Technical Support and Software Development.
• Bring teams together to ensure smooth project progress and achievement of objectives.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical, collaborative solutions.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and service commitments are met.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and increasing efficiency.
• Take increasing ownership of projects, progressing from supporting smaller initiatives to leading complex operational and client‑facing projects.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Live within commuting distance of our Sevenoaks and Leatherhead offices.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Team Leader or similar role.
• Curious, problem‑solving mindset with a genuine "can‑do" attitude.
