Service Delivery Specialist – Broadband & Connectivity

About the role

We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of subscriber services, combining order management, delivery coordination and front‑line technical support. You will act as the primary operational interface between wholesale partners, network providers and internal teams, ensuring accurate provisioning, timely delivery and effective ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing and service activation for broadband and connectivity products (Consumer FTTP, Business FTTP, Ethernet, VOIP).
• Coordinate service delivery across wholesale partners, network providers and internal departments.
• Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of provisioning workflows and service status.

Required profile

• Strong technical understanding of broadband and connectivity services.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of FTTP, Ethernet and Leased Line technologies.
• Solid grounding in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.
• Understanding of telecom provisioning workflows and service activation processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for connectivity services.
