Service Designer

About the role
Greener and Cleaner is seeking a Service Designer to create a new corporate‑facing offering. This short‑term contract will involve shaping a scalable product or service that builds on the charity’s existing workshops, training and engagement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and structure a new service offering for organisations.
- Package existing activities into a clear, deliverable format.
- Develop templates and presentation decks to support delivery.
- Define consistent, scalable delivery processes.
- Collaborate with the team to test, refine and iterate the offer.
Required profile
- Experience in service design or related design disciplines.
- Ability to work independently 1–2 days per week over six months.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to inclusive, community‑focused values.
Required skills
What we offer
- £250 per day rate, estimated total £6,500–£13,000.
