Service Desk Analyst – First Line IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Maidenhead. The role provides first‑line IT support on‑site, delivering excellent customer service and rapid problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance to internal users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Prioritise and manage tickets in accordance with service‑level targets.
• Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.

Required profile

• Immediate availability for the right candidate.
• Proven first‑line support experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and prioritise workload effectively.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Maidenhead, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:30.
