Service Driver/Labourer

About the role

Our Welfare Services division provides portable chemical toilets, wheelchair‑accessible units and eco‑friendly welfare solutions across the UK. We are looking for a Service Driver/Labourer to join our depot team in Elgin, delivering and maintaining this equipment for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Load, deliver and collect hire equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide equipment demonstrations and complete all required checks and administration.
• Service, clean and maintain portable toilets and welfare units.
• Keep the depot clean, tidy and organised, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
• Refuel and perform routine maintenance on equipment before it leaves the depot.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a labourer role, preferably within a hire depot or yard environment.
• Strong team player willing to support colleagues with additional tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced depot while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• CSCS card and forklift licence are desirable.
