Service Engineer – Pumps (Local Patch)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer with a background in pumps to cover a local patch across London and the Home Counties. You will work from a company‑provided van, performing door‑to‑door service and benefiting from extensive overtime opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair pump systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Travel a defined local patch across London and the Home Counties, adhering to a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (8 am‑4 pm, 37.5 hours per week).
• Provide field support for both public and private sector clients, ensuring timely resolution of pump issues.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role within the utilities sector, specifically servicing pumps.
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned patch.
• Ability to work independently on site while delivering high‑quality service.
