About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a passionate, people‑focused leader to manage its 8‑bed residential home in Harrow, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. This role offers the chance to shape the service, bring fresh ideas and create a thriving environment for both staff and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the residential service.
• Inspire, develop and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Maintain and improve quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Promote person‑centred support and a family‑like atmosphere.
• Drive performance improvements and implement new initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience as a Registered Manager or care manager.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Commitment to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Ability to bring fresh ideas and build on existing strengths.
