Service Manager – Supported Living (Learning Disabilities)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care while supporting a dedicated team of care professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of care, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve service systems and processes.
• Audit care documentation to keep records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Manage safeguarding issues and respond promptly to any concerns.
• Coordinate re‑assessments and contract updates when service users’ needs change.
• Support the Complex Care Manager and deputise in their absence.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Service Manager or similar role in a regulated care setting.
• Passion for delivering person‑centred support to people with learning or physical disabilities.
• Willingness to work towards a QCF Level 5 qualification in Leadership of Social Care if not already held.
• Good knowledge of CQC standards and relevant social‑care legislation.
