Service Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to join our Basingstoke office. The role is office‑based with occasional homeworking and offers a clear path for progression as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance agreements, service contracts and renewal schedules, ensuring timely customer renewals.
• Coordinate pricing, quotations and approvals with vendors and distributors.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, support agreements and hardware assets.
• Assist customers with support entitlement queries and ensure service continuity.
• Oversee deliveries, collections, warehouse activities and monitor shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Support UK and international logistics, including import/export documentation, customs and VAT compliance.
• Liaise with finance, suppliers and external partners to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a central point of contact for customers, suppliers, vendors and internal teams, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, operations, service coordination or business support.
• Background in IT, technology, managed services or professional services is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
