Service Supervisor – Customer & Field Service Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a Service Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering top‑class customer service. You will act as the central link between customers, Field Service Engineers, the Parts Department and Depot Management, ensuring work is planned efficiently and completed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule service jobs.
• Allocate work to Field Service Engineers based on priority and location.
• Provide engineers with the correct information, parts and resources needed for repairs.
• Monitor job progress, keep customers updated and manage any issues.
• Handle holiday requests and serve as the first point of contact for engineer absences.
• Review job documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process jobs through to invoicing and resolve any invoice queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, service coordination, service control or an after‑sales environment.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Confident communicator with customers, engineers and internal teams.
