About the role
Orona Limited is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join its Warrington branch in Westbrook, North West England. You will support the Service Manager by leading a team of Service Engineers and Field Technicians, ensuring high‑quality service delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Service Engineers and Field Technicians.
- Provide technical support and mentor team members.
- Plan engineer routes to maximise efficiency.
- Manage call‑outs and resolve technical issues.
- Drive productivity, safety and customer satisfaction.
- Support training, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience as a Service or Repairs Engineer, or a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background.
- Leadership or coordination experience (training provided).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
