Service Support Administrator – Commercial Catering Equipment

About the role

Join a leading commercial catering equipment specialist as a Service Support Administrator. Based near Stevenage train station, you will act as the central hub between customers and field engineers, ensuring kitchens run smoothly across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers for reactive callouts and planned preventative maintenance.
• Schedule and monitor service jobs, keeping customers and engineers informed throughout each lifecycle.
• Create, update and maintain Job Cards in internal systems.
• Process purchase orders, manage stock levels and handle supplier queries.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Manage communications via telephone, email and messaging platforms.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, administration, scheduling or coordination.
• No prior service desk experience required.

• Competitive salary £28,000 – £34,000 per annum.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule (8:30 am – 5:00 pm).
