Service Technician – Horticultural Machinery

About the role

Join a forward‑thinking horticultural machinery business as a Service Technician in Stevenage. You will work with a wide range of modern equipment, providing on‑site support to keep customers’ machinery operating at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic systems and software.
• Repair horticultural machinery and related equipment.
• Complete warranty, chargeable and internal repair work.
• Safely handle machinery and use specialist tools.
• Liaise professionally with customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Experience in a horticultural machinery or mechanic‑based role.
• Strong understanding of machinery maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated, proactive approach with good physical fitness.
• Full clean driving licence.
