Service Technician

About the role

Join Snows Toyota in Honiton as a Service Technician and MOT Tester, delivering high‑quality vehicle servicing and repairs while ensuring customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle services and repairs in line with Toyota technical standards.
• Follow brand and dealership processes for all workshop activities.
• Liaise directly with customers when required.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Attend regular training to keep technical skills up‑to‑date.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required profile

• Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditation.
• Previous experience working in a franchise dealership.
• Strong fault‑diagnosis ability and a valid MOT Tester qualification.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to first‑class customer service.
• Ability to plan, organise and meet agreed deadlines.
