About the role
The Engage Partnership Limited is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead complex programmes for UK Defence, Central Government and Policing. This position works in high‑assurance, security‑focused environments and requires strong technical leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple workstreams, ensuring robust platform architecture.
- Provide technical leadership for ITSM, ITOM, SecOps and SPM modules.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to enforce best development practices and scalable designs.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and integration approaches.
- Maintain alignment with security standards and regulated environment requirements.
- Support platform governance, upgrades and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Active SC or DV security clearance.
- Extensive ServiceNow experience in a senior technical or architectural capacity.
- Proven ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with public‑sector or regulated delivery environments is desirable.
Required skills
- ServiceNow platform expertise.
- ITSM, ITOM, SecOps and SPM modules.
- Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, MID Server.
- Platform architecture and data modelling.
