Services Manager – Built Estate – Trenchard Lines

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Services Manager to lead maintenance operations across the Trenchard Lines estate in Upavon. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery of reactive and planned maintenance while meeting contractual performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and minor works programmes.
• Manage operational teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor KPI performance and produce operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and statutory maintenance requirements.
• Handle environmental compliance and support billable works.
• Act as primary contact for customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Service Manager, Facilities Manager, Hard FM or Maintenance Manager role.
• Strong background in both planned and reactive maintenance within FM.
• Experience managing KPI‑driven service contracts and operational teams.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
