SHEQ Administrator

About the role

Grundon is seeking a dynamic SHEQ Administrator to join its Benson site. You will provide essential administrative support to the SHEQ team, ensuring that safety, health, environment and quality systems run smoothly and that accurate data is available for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain SHEQ systems, databases and records, keeping information up‑to‑date for reporting.
• Support training administration – coordinate requests, arrange venues, keep training records and issue certificates.
• Manage SHEQ documentation such as safety observations, TRACAs, near‑misses, hazard reports, audits and investigation records.
• Handle departmental correspondence, shared inboxes, telephone queries and other administrative requests.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, internal communications and SHEQ publications.
• Control document printing, distribution and stock, and monitor eye‑care voucher issuance.
• Populate and monitor the SHEQ system for contractor information.
• Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes.
