Shift Manager – Full‑Time Hospitality Role

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Manager to lead our restaurant floor during busy periods. You will act as the bridge between the team and senior management, ensuring smooth operations, high standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily shifts, ensuring service efficiency and quality.
• Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance.
• Support training, coaching and performance development of the floor team.
• Assist with reporting, compliance documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help drive restaurant performance through service standards and team morale.

• £13.50 per hour plus OTE service charge (potential extra £1‑£5 per hour).
