Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Reporting into the logistics team, you will coordinate international shipments from global suppliers to distribution centres and customers. You will ensure products move efficiently across supply chains while maintaining compliance, controlling costs and supporting high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound international shipments.
• Manage customs documentation and ensure import/export compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehousing partners.
• Track shipments, proactively manage exceptions or delays.
• Support inventory movement and stock availability across multiple markets.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, reporting and cost analysis.
• Ensure critical path milestones, bookings and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Work closely with internal teams including buying, merchandising and wholesale operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an import/export, shipping or logistics coordination role.
• Strong understanding of international freight, customs processes and supply chain operations.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, third‑party logistics providers and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and reporting capability.
