Shipping/Freight Forwarding Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Shipping/Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join a fast‑growing international music‑based business. You will play a pivotal role in managing import and export movements, ensuring seamless delivery of products manufactured in Asia to markets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international import and export shipments across air, sea and road freight.
• Liaise with freight carriers, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers and overseas suppliers.
• Obtain freight rates, control transportation costs and prepare customs/shipping documentation.
• Track shipments, resolve logistical issues and respond to enquiries by phone and email.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to align stock movements and delivery schedules.
• Identify and implement improvements to freight and supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in international freight forwarding, shipping or logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced, global operation.
