Showroom Host / Centre Support Assistant

About the role

As a Showroom Host / Centre Support Assistant you will be the first point of contact for visitors at Porsche Centre West London, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting both sales and after‑sales teams while maintaining a pristine showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors promptly and professionally, guiding them through the showroom.
• Answer questions about vehicles, features, promotions and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Manage incoming calls and forward them to the correct team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom, including vehicle arrangement and product displays.
• Offer refreshments and keep waiting areas stocked and tidy.
• Collect customer feedback and report any concerns.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and support hosting events as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to work in the UK without sponsorship and hold a full driving licence.
• Background in hospitality, retail, reception or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work well within a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Part‑time (36 hours) shift pattern, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑6 pm, Saturday required.
• £13.85 per hour plus a 10 % monthly bonus.
