Showroom Host – Customer Experience

About the role

Mercedes‑Benz of Colindale is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Showroom Host to join the Welcome team. The role involves greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate departments, and providing a warm, personalised experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every customer entering the showroom and offer refreshments.
• Direct visitors to the correct department efficiently.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer callers to the appropriate team promptly.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Provide information and assistance to guests as needed.
• Support flexible working patterns, including weekends, to ensure high service levels.

Required profile

• Warm, cheerful telephone manner with strong communication skills.
• Proactive and innovative approach to creating memorable customer experiences.
• Excellent organisational and preparation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and dealership teams.
