Showroom Trade Consultant

About the role

As a member of the Fulham showroom team, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking premium bathroom and kitchen solutions. You will deliver exceptional service, promote the Porcelanosa brand, and drive sales performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database, ensuring all enquiries and contact details are accurately recorded.
• Develop strong relationships with local developers, builders, contractors and project managers, providing them with current specifications and price lists.
• Present the full range of Porcelanosa products, explaining technical specifications and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
• Introduce new products and services in line with company strategy, encouraging customers to choose Porcelanosa over competitors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics.
• Produce clear, timely reports on sales activity and customer interactions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
