Sign Maker – Final Assembly

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Sign Maker to join our final assembly team, delivering high‑quality signage from start to finish. You will work hands‑on with a variety of substrates and lighting systems, ensuring every product meets our exacting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble a wide range of signage products using adhesives, bonding agents and mechanical fixings.
• Position, align and secure sign components to achieve a high‑quality finish.
• Install and assemble illuminated signage, including LED lighting systems.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans and assembly instructions.
• Maintain health and safety standards and operate powered hand tools safely.
• Provide flexible support across different areas of sign assembly as required.

Required profile

• Experience in sign making, final assembly or a similar manufacturing environment where accuracy and quality are critical.
• Ability to read and translate technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Comfortable working with acrylic, aluminium composite, metals and other signage substrates.
• Knowledge of LED illumination and sign lighting systems is a plus.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements and commitment to high‑standard workmanship.
