SIPP/SSAS Technician – Pension Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated SIPP/SSAS Technician to join a leading specialist pension provider in Glasgow. You will work closely with account managers, supporting the client portfolio and ensuring compliance across all SIPP and SSAS arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex SIPP and SSAS enquiries from advisors, clients and internal teams.
• Verify that all investments comply with current pension regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date expertise on pension legislation and regulatory changes.
• Ensure systems and processes meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement action plans to resolve any non‑compliant scenarios.
• Deliver product and regulation‑based training to colleagues and follow up on outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience working daily with the technical aspects of SIPP and/or SSAS arrangements within a consultancy or provider environment.
• Strong knowledge of both current and historic pension legislation.
