Site Administrator & Communication Coordinator

About the role

As the Site Administrator & Communication Coordinator at Yeo Valley’s Cannington site, you will help shape a welcoming, safe and inclusive workplace. You will drive internal communication, support onboarding and contribute to the company’s five‑year sustainability and people‑development plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site communication initiatives to increase employee engagement.
• Collaborate with site teams, other YV locations and external partners to develop best‑practice communication plans.
• Create and deliver induction programmes for new starters.
• Oversee the onboarding process and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Produce clear procedures and guides for production and support functions.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who is creative, curious and able to think outside the box.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Organised, accurate and capable of making independent decisions.
• Effective communicator with all levels of the organisation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Working knowledge of content development tools.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
