Site Labourer – Construction Site

About the role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Site Labourer to join our team at a prestigious residential development in Fairford. You will support a major UK housebuilder by assisting with the final stages of current phases and the commencement of new groundworks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers and dryliners.
- Move materials and unload deliveries safely.
- Follow all health and safety protocols strictly.
- Support the Site Management team with daily tasks.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Full PPE (hard hat, high‑visibility clothing, steel‑toe‑cap boots).
- Previous experience on a busy residential construction site.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic.
