About the role
We are seeking a reliable Site Labourer to join our team on an ongoing residential project in Reading. You will provide essential support on‑site, helping tradespeople and site managers to keep the project moving smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with general labouring duties across the construction site.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring safe handling.
- Support trades and site managers as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Required profile
- Previous labouring or site experience preferred, but not essential.
- Valid CSCS card if required for the role.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
