About the role
Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Site Labourer for a new‑build residential project in Bicester. This temporary, full‑time position offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to work on a busy construction site supporting a range of trades.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on site with general labouring duties.
- Support tradespeople and site managers as required.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Required profile
- Previous labouring or site experience preferred, but not essential.
- Valid CSCS card if required for the role.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills are required for this role.
