Site Labourer – New Build Housing Development

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hard‑working site labourer to join a busy, fast‑paced team on a brand‑new housing development in Newcastle. The role offers an ongoing contract with stable, consistent hours and a supportive working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist bricklayers, joiners and plasterers with on‑site tasks.
• Move and deliver materials to the correct plots.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised site in line with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Set up and clear away equipment as required.
• Carry out general physical tasks directed by the Site Manager.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS Card (essential).
• Previous experience on a construction site, preferably new‑build housing.
• Full PPE – hard hat, high‑visibility vest/jacket and steel‑toe boots.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and work well within a team.
• Residence within a commutable distance of Newcastle.

Required skills

• CSCS Card certification.
