Site Labourer – Residential Construction

About the role
Randstad UK CPE Team is seeking a hardworking and reliable Site Labourer to join a busy residential construction project in Wantage. The role ensures the site remains safe, tidy and efficient, supporting skilled trades to meet their deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
- Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety protocols and wearing full PPE at all times.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full PPE (hard hat, high‑vis vest/jacket, steel‑toe‑cap boots).
- Previous experience on a residential new‑build site.
