Site Manager – Civils / Construction (UK Wide)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead civil engineering and construction projects across England and Wales. The role is based within 50 miles of Swansea and involves regular travel and overnight stays to oversee multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including set‑up and mobilisation.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Monitor productivity, quality and progress against programme schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven site management experience in civils or construction.
• SMSTS qualification and strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work away Monday‑Friday across England and Wales.
• Residence within 50 miles of Swansea.
