Site Manager - Cladding & Facades

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead cladding and façade projects across the UK. The role involves overseeing projects up to £5 million, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring high‑quality delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cladding and façade projects valued up to £5 million.
• Liaise with main clients, direct labour, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare work tasks, plan installations and order materials.
• Monitor site progress, resources, and delivery schedules.
• Handle deliveries, site logistics and health & safety reporting.
• Conduct quality assurance, snagging and project close‑out.

Required profile

• Proven site management or supervisor experience in cladding, façade or related sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong people‑management and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent certification.
• IPAF certification.
• CPCS Slinger certification.
• PASMA certification.
• RAMS knowledge.
• Working at Heights certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
