Site Manager

About the role

DG Partnership Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of medium to large‑scale construction projects across South West England. You will work closely with the project team, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of contracts, including understanding scope, sub‑contractor packages and stakeholder expectations.
• Issue permits for works, coordinate with utility companies and the Highways Authority for road openings, skips and welfare facilities.
• Oversee material and equipment orders in liaison with the quantity surveyor.
• Raise and close Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensure inspection and test plans (ITPs) are issued and completed.
• Compile and manage snagging lists to achieve project close‑out.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and CDM legislation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven track record of safely delivering high‑quality construction projects of medium to large scale.
• Strong understanding of building contracts, client representatives and design teams.
• Ability to interpret and manage sub‑contractor scopes and contractual documents.
• Experience coordinating permits and utility interactions.
