About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a prestigious luxury residential development in Surrey. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality construction while upholding the company’s reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day site operations.
Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades.
Drive programme, quality and health & safety performance.
Maintain exceptional standards of finish throughout the build.
Build positive relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project team.

Required profile

Proven site management experience with a principal contractor.
Experience in high‑end residential construction.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
A passion for delivering exceptional quality.
